Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, fresh butter, sugar, eggs and fresh pasteurized egg yolks, potato starch, hazelnuts, almonds, salt, baking powder, lemon (0.3%), bourbon and tahitian vanilla pods.

limoncello cream (30% per kg of finished product) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, limoncello 0.7%, egg yolk, candied lemon paste, pectin), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).
