Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: candied mixed berries (21.40%) (blackberries, currants, blueberries, wild strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, sifted sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidifier: citric acid), custard cream flavored with vanilla and rosemary (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, vanilla alcohol-based flavoring (0.90%), butter, egg yolks, pure rosemary essential oil (0.02%), vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands, pectin).
Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), custard cream flavored with vanilla and rosemary, candied mixed berries, vanilla alcohol-based flavoring.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
