Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied orange peels (10.5%) (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, water), Australian sultanas (9.5%) (grapes, vegetable oil), candied citron (6.30%) (citron, sugar, glucose syrup, water), candied mandarin and clementine paste (1.00%) (mandarin and clementine peels, sugar, glucose syrup, water).

Glaze: almond glaze (sugar, almond flour (12%), rice flour, roasted hazelnut powder, sunflower seed oil, powdered egg white, natural flavors, corn starch, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
