Stuffed with orange peels, mandarins of the Coast, lemons and hazelnut glaze.

Soft leavened dough without almond glaze.

Ingredients: 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16,60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,10%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.

Stuffing: orange peels (17,10%), mandarins (6,20%) and lemons (3,10%) (orange peels, lemons, tangerines, sugar, glucose, water).

Glaze: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts (1,10%), white almonds, 00 wheat flour, cornmeal, meal starch, grain of sugar.

Allergens: it may contain peanuts, lupins, soy and sesame.

It contains gluten, milk, eggs, hazelnuts, barley and almonds.
