Ingredients: Flour of wheat type 0 and 00, butter fresh (16.60%), yolks of eggs fresh pasteurized (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, malt of barley, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: cubes of candied apricots (20.00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sifted sugar, acidifier: citric acid).

Glaze: egg white, sugar, almonds (16%), hazelnuts, rice flour, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil and almond essential oil, sugar granules and amaretto granules (3%) (sugar, flour of wheat type "0", egg white powder, apricot almonds, corn starch, flavor).

Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley, and soy.
