Ingredients: 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter (16,60 %), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11,60 %), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: candied pears (17,50%) (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cheese cream (14,00%) (water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, ricotta cheese in powder (10,00%), sunflower oil, natural flavourings, salt, colouring: calcium carbonate), alcoholic vanilla flavouring (0,20%).
Covering: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifer: soya lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), ricotta cheese cream, hazelnut biscuit in cubes (toasted Italian hazelnuts, pasteurized fresh eggs, sugar, potato starch), coca butter, candied pears.
