Stuffed with limoncello cream and candied Costa d’Amalfi I.G.P. Lemon peels.

Confectionery product baked with natural leavening.

Soft leavened dough without raisins, candied citron, and orange.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: limoncello custard (27.50%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, limoncello alcohol-based flavor (1.25%), egg yolk, pectin), candied Amalfi Coast Lemon I.G.P. peels (we use 900 g of "Amalfi Coast Lemon" I.G.P. for each kg of finished product) (Amalfi Coast Lemon I.G.P. peels, sieved sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.

Coating: white chocolate and lemon chocolate curls (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, coloring: carrot extract), limoncello custard.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.

Allergens: may contain peanuts, tree nuts, lupins, and sesame.

Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley, and soy.

The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant individuals.
