Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: white chocolate drops (16.70%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor).
Coating: white chocolate (7.80%), custard cream (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk, pectin), white chocolate and vanilla pearls (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, cereal biscuits 11.3% (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt, wheat starch, raising agent: E500ii, salt, cocoa butter, natural flavor), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, maltodextrin, coating agent: shellac, natural vanilla extract), vanilla alcohol-based flavor, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands (0.02%).
