Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), sugar, water, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied pears (17.50%) (pears, sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cream (14.00%) (water, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, powdered ricotta (10.00%), high oleic sunflower oil, natural flavors, salt, coloring: calcium carbonate), vanilla alcohol-based flavor (0.20%).

Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), ricotta cream, hazelnut biscuit cubes (Italian roasted hazelnuts, powdered egg white, water, sugar, potato starch), candied pears, cocoa butter.
