Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category "A" (11.60%), sugar, water, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied strawberries (16.20%) (strawberries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidifier: citric acid), custard cream flavored with "Strega Alberti" liqueur (13.60%) (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, butter, "Strega Alberti" liqueur, egg yolks, stabilizer: pectin).

Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), custard cream flavored with "Strega Alberti" liqueur, candied strawberries, pink chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor; coloring: carrot extract).
