Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (15.30%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (12.60%), Italian white cane sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, freeze-dried barley (0.83%), soluble and ground ILLY coffee (0.55%), sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: chocolate (15.50%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), custard flavored with "Concerto d’erbe" liqueur (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, butter, egg yolk, "Concerto d’erbe" liqueur (1.50%), stabilizer: pectin).
Topping: chocolate, custard flavored with "Concerto d’erbe" liqueur, spices (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla beans from Bourbon and Tahiti Islands).
