Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter Consorzio Virgilio (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category "A" (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, ground coffee (1.20%), sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: mascarpone cream (14.00%) (sugar, water, fresh whole milk, dextrose, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, mascarpone Consorzio Virgilio (7%) (cream, acidity regulator: citric acid), powdered cream, coconut oil, high oleic sunflower oil, flavors, thickening agents: pectin E440 ii), milk chocolate (min. 40% cocoa) and dark chocolate (min. 53% cocoa) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, whole and skimmed milk powder, whey powder), alcoholic coffee flavor.
Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), mascarpone cream, cocoa butter, dark chocolate, and alcoholic coffee flavor.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
