Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: Sicilian pistachio cream (16.40%) (glucose syrup, dextrose, fresh cream 32% fat, sunflower seed oil, 100% pure pistachio paste, pure pistachio paste 100% with "Pistachio Verde di Bronte D.O.P." (1.12%), sugar, 96° Vol alcohol-based flavoring, powdered milk, pectin, sea salt, citric acid), white chocolate drops (14.00%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), orange paste (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup).

Coating: Sicilian pistachio cream, pistachio granules, cocoa butter, vegetable fats (sunflower and coconut), skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, coloring: chlorophyllin.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.

Allergens: may contain peanuts, lupins, and sesame. Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley, pistachios, and soy.

Inside the box, you will find a piping bag of pistachio cream (net weight 90 g).
