Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: Luxardo maraschino cherries in syrup (13%) (candied cherries and maraschino syrup), scented Maraschino pastry cream (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, butter, fresh egg yolks, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands, original Luxardo maraschino 70% (1.96%), pectin).

Topping: Luxardo maraschino cherries in syrup (6%), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), scented Maraschino pastry cream, alcoholic vanilla flavoring.
