Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category "A" (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: limoncello custard cream (13.30%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, limoncello alcohol-based flavoring (1.25%), egg yolks, pectin), candied orange cubes (10.43%) (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, water), candied Costa d'Amalfi I.G.P. lemon peels (3.65%) (we use 900 g of “Costa d'Amalfi” I.G.P. lemon for every kg of finished product) (Costa d'Amalfi I.G.P. lemon peels, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon essential oil.

Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), candied orange cubes and lemon chocolate curls (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, coloring: carrot extract), limoncello custard cream.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
