Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks category “A” (11.60%), water, sugar, natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla bean powder from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: caramel drops (21.00%) (sweetened condensed SKIMMED MILK (skimmed milk, sugar), sugar, glucose syrup, anhydrous milk butter, humectant: E 420; E 471; salt, natural flavors), orange paste (orange peels, glucose syrup, water, sugar).
Coating: pastry cream (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed MILK powder, vanilla alcohol-based flavor, BUTTER, egg yolks, vanilla bean from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands, pectin), caramel chocolate (3%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey powder, MILK fat, BUTTER, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), peanut grains, sugar, and glucose.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
