Ingredients: wheat flour type "0" and "00", eggs and egg yolks of category "A" (7.20% in yolk), fresh butter (21.90%), candied mandarin cubes (7.0%) (mandarin peels, glucose-fructose syrup), natural leavening from refreshment (gluten), sugar, cocoa butter, acacia honey, barley malt, milk, sea salt, vanilla pearls from Bourbon and Tahiti Islands (0.1%).
Inside the box, you will find a piping bag of Zabaione cream (net weight 90 g).
Zabaione cream ingredients: "Marsala DOP Wine" 17° vol (24.4%), glucose syrup, egg yolk (18.8%), sugar, sweetened condensed milk, fresh butter, vanilla alcohol-based flavor 70° vol, pectin, vanilla beans from Bourbon and Tahiti.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product at a temperature above 20°C. It is recommended to consume the product as soon as possible since it contains no preservatives.
Allergens: may contain peanuts, tree nuts, lupins, soy, and sesame. Contains gluten, milk, barley, eggs, sulfites.
