Panzzuppato RICOTTA & PEAR without raisins, candied citron, and orange peel. Filled with candied pears and ricotta cream flavored with rum.

Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour type 00, fresh BUTTER (15.30%), pasteurized EGG YOLKS (12.6%), sugar, water, natural leavening (GLUTEN), acacia honey, sea salt, MILK powder, BARLEY malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: candied pears (18.10%) (pears, white sugar, glucose syrup, water), RICOTTA cream (14.0%) (sugar, water, glucose syrup, dextrose, RICOTTA (10%), sunflower oil, natural flavors, salt, stabilizer: pectin).

Rum soaking: rum flavored food-grade alcohol (4.26%), sugar, glucose syrup.

Allergens: May contain tree nuts, peanuts, lupins, and sesame.
